Having had a brand new kitchen fitted, this customer wanted a butcher block table on wheels that could be popped against a wall when no in use a as and wheeled into the centre as a temporary kitchen island when needed.
With a zigzag pattern of oak and sapele, the top of this table is a full two inches thick with a similar sized border and set upon two inch square oak legs, rather than tapered, to compliment the chunkiness of the top.
Sanding, finishing and the addition of the casters to the bottom of each leg, and this was ready to be delivered!
