A request for a prop for a theatre production company – a milking stool.
Not too many people keep cows and milk by hand these days, so this is an upgraded version of what would originally have been a classic knocked together from whatever timber was available. We turned the stool from oak, added a burnt edge detail with a high gloss french polish finish, and the traditional three legged stool became a thing of beauty.
