This is possibly the favourite chopping board we’ve made as the pattern is stunning. Having said that it’s a ton of work and huge amounts of unusable offcuts due to the many angles so it’s pretty expensive to make.

As you would expect this is an end grain chopping board… the highest quality as end grain is most resistant to knife marks. It’s a mix of maple and sapele to produce the stunning white and brown pattern

Finished with a beveled edge, perimeter grove to catch any stray juices and finger grooves at both ends, the board is approximately 40cm by 28cm by 4.5cm thinks, trimmed to have a block and line edge and finished with rubber feet.
